Shipping Policy

We craft our candles in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please review our shipping timeline below:

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 Working Days.
  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 Working Days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner (Delhivery), you will receive a tracking link via email.

Note: During festive seasons or high-volume sales, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

Returns & Exchanges

At Candella Store, we take immense pride in the quality of our hand-poured candles. Because candles are delicate, temperature-sensitive, and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are final. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack our products with the utmost care, but we understand that transit can occasionally be rough. If your candle arrives damaged or broken:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@candella.store with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement for the damaged product.
